Water traveled to every room
As well as being a major setback, an accident resulting in water damage can be an extreme issue for homeowners or business owners.
In this photo, the home is under construction and the contractor accidently turned on the water. Due to nothing being hooked up to the water line in the kitchen, the water sprayed everywhere causing damage to the ceiling, walls and the entire floor of every room.

Remediated Bathroom
Every bathroom has the high potential of mold growth. Leaky pipes, wet clothes and excess humidity combined with improper ventilation make way for mold to form. If the cause is overlooked for any length of time, the damages will spread quickly. (In as little as 48 hours) There would be great benefits to periodically check all pipes for leaking or the possibility of mold growing, along with reducing the risk of health issues that could occur.
This home had a mold issue in the bathroom and the owner called SERVPRO of Bemidji, Grand Rapids & Hibbing to come out. We remediated it after we performed an air quality check, which reads the particulates in the air. The air quality check is done by;

Got skunk odors?
When these little critters feel threatened, they will protect themselves by spraying a very potent liquid at the targeted threat. They can spray up to 15' away. It is so powerful that when the smell hits you, it feels like running into a brick wall. It stops you short and can cause temporary blindness and a lingering stench, depending on the level of spray from a light haze to a full on blast.

- Be cautious walking at night as that is when they like to wander about.

- Make your presence be known as skunks have poor eyesight. You don't want to surprise one.
